One address answers all of this: info@cazimedia.com. There is no account to sign in to and no ticket number to quote — say what you were looking at and we can usually work it out from that.

You paid and it is still locked

On the website a purchase is held in a single cookie, so clearing cookies, using private browsing, or opening the site in a different browser or on a different device will all look exactly like not having paid. In the app it is held in the device keychain, which survives reinstalling but does not move to a new phone on its own.

Write to us with the email address you paid with. Stripe sends a receipt to that address at the moment of purchase, so it is the one thing that reliably identifies the payment, and we can restore access from it.

A number looks wrong

Tell us the district and the row, and we will tell you where that figure came from — every one of them traces to a specific federal or state filing, and Method is the full account of how each is built. Two things that look like errors usually are not: a figure can be blank because the district did not file it, which we show as missing rather than estimating; and a dollar amount is adjusted for local price levels, so it will not match the district's own budget document. Both are explained on that page.

If it is genuinely our error we would rather hear it than not. We correct the data and say so.

There is nothing here for my district

Roughly a quarter of districts have no finance filing in the federal survey, and board rosters, registration pages and ballot measures each cover a smaller set again. Where we hold nothing, the page says so rather than showing an empty table. That is a gap in the source, not a gap we can fill by request — but telling us which district you wanted is how the next round of ingest gets prioritised.

Refunds, cancelling, and deleting your data

What this is not

We are not affiliated with any school district, any state education agency, or the Department of Education, and we cannot enrol a child, look up a bus route, reach a teacher, or answer anything about a specific student. For any of those, the district's own office is the only place that can help — its website is linked from its page here.
